Our office is based on our farm in County Wexford in the South East corner of Ireland, and our office manager is Bernadette (Bernie) who does a fantastic job keeping everything running like clockwork with her efficient and friendly manner.

Our early experience in holiday lettings began with the conversion of lovely stone buildings on our farm into self-catering cottages and which have now been renting for nearly 25 years.  Warren Farm Guest Cottages: www.warrenfarmireland.com.  This has been enjoyable and rewarding for us, welcoming guests from all over the world and many of them returning regularly, some becoming good friends.

Inspired by visits to Portugal we began to dream about having our own place in the sun and after much searching we were so lucky to find the perfect place, ticking all the boxes with wonderful sea views, a private pool and a stone’s throw to village restaurants and to the beach, an exciting new adventure in so many ways!  Much to our surprise, the renting of our own beautiful villa turned out to be the start of a new business enterprise for us, and over the years we have gradually built up an exclusive portfolio of similar and larger properties to rent in this captivating area which we chose for its beauty, friendliness and charm.

Over the years we have gained a valuable insight into the ingredients that make for happy guests, and we have a great many repeat and returning guests that we are pleased to welcome back on a regular basis.  We now have a unique selection of villas and apartments in the Lagos area.  We have a personal knowledge of each property and we are constantly striving to ensure that they retain the same high standards that we insist upon for our cottages and rental business at home in Ireland.

Our love for Portugal has continued to grow, as has our love and respect for the many wonderful Portuguese people we have come to know and do business with.
