The bright attractive living room has a large settee and two chairs, a big flat screen TV player, radio and a dining set with 8 chairs.  The lounge veranda has a table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine and overlooks Rua Benedita Baptiste and has a view towards Estrela restaurant/tapas bar. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a service counter, and is very well-equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine & Nespresso coffee, electric kettle, washing machine and lots of utensils, crockery, pots, pans.

At the rear, Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, fitted wardrobe and a door to the veranda which overlooks Rua Benedita Baptiste that leads to Rua 25 April and the beach. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a  view towards the pool area. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, bidet and toilet.  Bathroom 2 has a shower and toilet.

The attractive St James complex has two large pools, a garden area with lots of sun beds and a children's play area, and there is a key pad to access pool and recreation area.  The pool showers/toilets are well tended, and there is a life-guard in July and August.  A key safe beside the apartment entrance allows for independent arrival.

The location is very close to the village restaurants & shops and Luz Blue Flag Beach is 4 mins walk, so a car is not essential.  There is free parking if you have a car you which will open possibilities to explore the stunning coastline with rugged cliffs and find lots more amazing beaches.
