The ground floor living area is spacious and bright with a lounge area, kitchenette, dining table and there are doors leading to a delightful west-facing rear patio. The lounge area on the ground floor has a couch, and the adjacent dining table has chairs for 4 people. The kitchen has modern fitted units, an electric oven and ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and there is also fridge and a washing machine.  Glass doors from the dining area open onto a delightful paved patio garden with charcoal BBQ, table & chairs, 2 sun loungers, and a small rear gate gives access to a path leading to village and beach.  Bedroom 1, off the living room, has a 140 cm double bed and built-in wardrobes.  The ground floor Bathroom has a large shower enclosure, bidet, toilet and basin.  The utility area in the hall has a washing machine.

From the entrance hall stairs lead to the upstairs living room with a couch and easy chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. From here doors open onto a veranda with a table and chairs for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of wine while observing village life and the sea view.

The upper living room also has a kitchen with adjoining lounge/diner that has a easy chairs, a table and 4 chairs and a Smart TV and doors from here open onto the veranda with a sea and street view. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker and both kitchens have ample crockery, pots and pans.

Bedroom 2, upstairs, has a 150 cm double bed, mirrored wardrobesand an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure, bidet, wash hand basin and toilet.

Electric fans are provided.

With two independent living areas and a layout that can suit either 2 couples or a family, the house is really convenient to the shops and restaurants and, crucially, it is 2 minutes walk to the beach!  With everything on your doorstep, and a regular bus service to Lagos you don't need a car, but there is a free parking space in front of the house if you have a car.
