A wide, attractive hall corridor gives access to the kitchen, living room, with the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom at the end.  The well-equipped kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all the cookware and crockery needed for a terrific holiday. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen and a door to a small veranda.

The splendid bright lounge has two couches, a large flat screen TV, and a wall-mounted electric stove. The dining area has a glass-topped table with 4 chairs and an elegant side table and coffee table enhance the stylish interior.  The lounge veranda has a table, chairs and views of adjacent green areas and Luz village.

Bedroom 1 has double bed, fitted wardrobe and a small veranda with a pool view.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and opens onto a small veranda.   Located beside the bedrooms, the upgraded bathroom has walk-in shower and toilet.

This 1st floor apartment has full air con and intercom entry and is accessed by stairs and elevator.
