This lovely 2nd floor apartment has intercom entry and is accessed by elevator or stairs.  Glazed doors from the wide central corridor reveal a bright spacious living room with 2 couches, a flat screen TV and good Wi Fi.  The dining area has a generous table and 6 chairs and doors to the veranda with striking pool and sea views.  The veranda is a favourite spot for dining and for special dinners in the evening sun.

The well-equipped Kitchen has electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and ample cookware and crockery. The kitchen has a table and chairs and a door to a small veranda with built-in BBQ.

Bedroom 1 has a 5ft/160cm bed en-suite bathroom and veranda with great sea views. It has a large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bath, shower, bidet and toilet.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds, wardrobes and small verandas with views of the nearby green area.  The main bathroom has a shower and toilet.
