Casa Maresol has an attractive hallway with stairs to the upstairs living area, and bedrooms on the lower ground floor pool level.

The upstairs lounge has 2 squashy couches and matching armchair, a large flat screen TV, music centre, a white painted sideboard, a writing desk and the traditional fireplace has a wood-burning stove.  The dining area has a large white dining table seating 6 and a lovely view of the veranda from where sun streams in through the glass doors.  The veranda has an attractive blue/white retractable awning, a large table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.  Steps from here lead to the pool area below.

The well-equipped kitchen has electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee makers, toaster, ample cookware and crockery.   The guest bathroom has toilet and basin.

On the lower level, the main bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet.  Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted mirrored wardrobes and a door to a small front patio.  Bedroom 2, with en-suite shower & toilet, has twin beds, fitted mirrored wardrobe and doors to a sheltered patio near the pool.  The Master Bedroom has en-suite bath, shower, bidet and toilet, and it has a 6 ft double bed, fitted wardrobes and doors to the sunny terrace and pool area.

The villa's private pool measures 8.5 x 4.2 m and features a shallow paddling section, a fantastic addition to all the villa has to offer!
