A very spacious villa, it has a private pool (approx. 8m x 4m), garden furniture, a superb BBQ kitchen and copious space both inside and outside to enjoy private relaxation and unforgettable alfresco meals in sun or shade.

The entrance hall opens into a spacious central area with a generous dining table that comfortably seats 8. Patio doors connect the dining area to a shaded terrace offering alternative dining options with pool and garden views. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.  The large well-equipped  kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and ample crockery, pots, pans and cookware. A breakfast bar links the kitchen to the comfortable lounge, which has two sofas, sideboard and a large TV with English and international channels.

The two ground floor bedrooms have super king beds which can be converted to twin beds on request, and each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin.
Upstairs, the impressive main bedroom has a beautiful wooden ceiling, and opens onto a splendid Roof Terrace to enjoy the pleasant views. It has a super king bed, fitted wardrobes, a writing table, wall-mounted TV and the ensuite bathroom has shower, bath, bidet, toilet and hand basin.  All bedrooms have A/C.  A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

You'll be spoiled for choice of outside seating! Choose between sunbeds near the pool, relaxing on the nearby patio seating and table, or savour cool drinks at the bar of the wonderful BBQ kitchen with its BBQ, sink/preparation area and fridge/freezer to inspire some amazing al fresco meals.

Casa Bonnie nestles on an immense plot with a private pool, lovely lawn area with mature trees and shrubs for shade and ambience and there is ample parking and electric gates.  Located in a quiet residential area of Luz, 5 mins drive/18 mins walk to supermarkets/restaurants and the sandy beach,  Boa Vista Golf is about 10 mins drive, Lagos is about 15 mins drive, and the beautiful rugged coastline is waiting to be explored.
