Casa Monte Lemos is a stunning family villa with all 'bells and whistles' and all you need for a special relaxing, stress-free holiday in wonderful luxurious surroundings!  This very spacious 4-bedroom family villa with gated entrance has air con, a large solar-heated pool and a brilliant poolside BBQ Kitchen with a delightful adjoining al fresco dining area.

Upstairs from the generous front hall, is the huge open living area and wraparound veranda with a sea view.  Here, the bright modern lounge is furnished with white leather couches, a smart wall-mounted TV  and electric stove and music system. The adjacent dining area has a smart glass-topped table with stylish dining chairs and doors to the sunny veranda with a dining set for al fresco meals with a sea view.  There is a guest bathroom off the living area.  The large kitchen, complete with a handy breakfast bar and wall-mounted TV, is well-equipped with quality electric appliances, lots of cookware and crockery.  The kitchen has sea and pool views, and doors to a sunny veranda with steps to the pool area.  The basement laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor, three of which have en-suite bathrooms.  Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed,  fitted wardrobes, en-suite bath, power shower, twin basins, bidet, toilet and has doors to a garden terrace. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite power shower & toilet and it opens onto a garden patio. Bedroom 3, opening onto a garden patio, has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and is located beside the Family Bathroom which has a power shower and toilet.  Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed, en-suite power shower, toilet, fitted wardrobe and doors to patio.

There is air con in the living areas and in the bedrooms. The villa has underfloor heating and electric shutters. There are electric gates and ample private parking.

There is a refundable Damage Deposit of EUR 500.

With water sports, tennis, horse riding and golf nearby, the quiet residential location is 15  mins walk to shops and restaurants and  Luz beach.  A car is advised and this will enable you to explore the beautiful coastline and mountains inland.
