This lovely split-level villa has its main living areas, kitchen and pool on the same level as the entrance hall, from where an attractive stairwell leads down to the bedrooms on the lower level.

The beautiful lounge has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV with international channels and there is free Wi Fi.  Doors from the lounge open onto the sunny patio and pool area and there are superb views of Luz Bay and the Black Rock.  Between the lounge the kitchen is the charming bright dining room with a contemporary glass dining table and chairs.  It also has terrific sea views and doors to a spacious patio by the pool with sun loungers and an outside dining table tempt you to enjoy al fresco meals with fabulous views.

The very well-equipped separate kitchen has electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and ample cookware and crockery and there are sea views from the kitchen window.  There is a guest bathroom with a shower enclosure on this level. There is a Laundry area downstairs on the lower level.

Downstairs, the three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. Two of the 3 lovely spacious bedrooms have large twin beds and one bedroom has a double bed.  A utility room on this level has a washing machine and iron & ironing board.

The areas outside the villa are well maintained and have fragrant planting. The beautiful pool area has super sea views, and steps from here lead down to an attractive, sheltered patio with another table and chairs,  BBQ Kitchen and a sea view.  This patio is also accessed by two of the bedrooms.

The villa has full Air Conditioning and there is an off-road parking space behind electric gates.  With a fabulous pool area, sea views to die for, this villa definitely ticks all the boxes for a really fantastic and memorable holiday!

Luz village has lots of excellent restaurants and shops and a Blue Flag beach where water sports are available. Tennis, horse riding, cycling are just some of the local activities on offer, and there are several excellent golf courses within a 15 minute drive.  The Blue Flag beach is 15 mins walk, passing lots of great restaurants on the way.  Please see our Car Hire page for more information.
