The attractive villa beside Luz beach has air con, a private pool and lovely sea views.  This perfectly located villa is just 50 paces to the beach and everything in the village in walking distance.  The location, in a small quiet road just behind the beach, has no through traffic and everything in the village in walking distance including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and pharmacy.

From the charming entrance hall stairs lead to the pretty upstairs lounge, traditional in style comfy sofas and easy chairs and a dining table with seating for 6.  The TV has international channels.  The living area opens onto the spacious veranda with table and chairs to relax and enjoy lovely sea views, and a gate protects the steps leading to the pool below.

The new white kitchen with pantry has lots of storage with electric oven & hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery, pots and pans and all you need for your holiday, including a breakfast table.

The three bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, near entrance hall.  The en-suite Bedroom 1 with twin beds and fitted wardrobe opens onto a sunny patio near the pool.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and doors to a private rear patio near the pool. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and doors to a small front patio.

The family bathroom has bath, shower and toilet and is located beside the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms have upgraded fixtures and fittings and there is also a guest toilet beside the upstairs living area.

This is a very easy, comfortable villa at any time of year and in all seasons and is perfect for couples or for a really special family holiday!

Casa Luz Beach is just 50 paces to the beach, which has watersports while nearby activities include tennis, cycling, horse riding and amazing walks and you'll be spoiled for choice with so many terrific restaurants within a stone's throw. The quiet cul de sac has parking with on-street parking nearby.
