This super Domus Iberica Burgau townhouse has A/C,  3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge/diner, well-equipped kitchen, free wi fi, south-facing patio and private pool with pool safety fence.

The bright, spacious Living Room is furnished in contemporary style with two large comfy couches and a dining table with 6 chairs.  Glass doors from the living room open onto the south-facing patio and pool area.  Guests can enjoy the 48" HD Smart TV or choose a book to read, and there is fibre optic Wi Fi.

The separate Kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, crockery, pots and pans and a door to the sunny patio/pool area with a dining set for al fresco meals.

Bedroom 3, on the ground floor, has a large double bed and is close to the shower and toilet on this level.  Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has 2 x 4ft beds, fitted wardrobes and a veranda with views of the pool and Parque Naturel, and its en-suite bathroom has jacuzzi bath, bidet and wc.  Bedroom 2 has 2 x 4ft beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower and toilet.

The south-facing patio/pool area has sun loungers and patio furniture to make the most of the all day sunshine.  An optional safety fence is available on request to surround the private pool.

A car is not essential, as the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short stroll to Burgau restaurants, shops and beach. There is free parking if you have a car, and you can discover more of the fabulous coastline and beautiful mountains inland.
