An enchanting, detached split-level villa with A/C, a private pool and a pretty front garden.  The stunning sea view takes your breath away when you open the front door!  The hall opens into the lounge with a comfy white sofa and armchair,  flat screen TV and free Wi Fi and doors to the sunny veranda with amazing  views of Luz Bay and Black Rock.  The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and direct access to the south-facing veranda, which has a patio table and chairs and is perfect for al fresco dining with panoramic sea views!

The well-equipped kitchen has all appliances, cookware and crockery you'll need, and a serving hatch connects to the dining area. Sliding doors from the kitchen open onto a paved patio partially shaded by a bougainvillea-covered pergola. There is a guest bathroom in the hallway from where stairs descend to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bath/shower, bidet and toilet, and opens to the pool patio.  Bedroom 2 has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and sliding doors to the pool area.  The main bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
