The split level villa has two bedrooms and bathrooms, off the entrance hall, are on the lower level near the pool.   The Master Bedroom has a 5 ft double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and basin.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe and both bedrooms have direct access to the lovely pool area.

Upstairs in the living area your eye is instantly drawn to the fantastic sea views through the lounge patio doors.  The bright and airy Lounge has white couches and furnishings, a big flat screen TV with local, UK and international channels.  The Dining area, also with sea views, has a white table, chairs and sideboard as well as sliding doors to the veranda that offers al fresco dining options with an even better sea view.  There is a powder room/guest toilet beside the living room.  Also on this level, the well-equipped Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas/electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and ample pots, pans and crockery.

The attractive rear patio off the kitchen has a brick-built BBQ, a dining table and chairs, and has steps to the pool area.

The private pool is 7.6 x 3.6m with a pool cover for heat retention.  The paved pool area is a delightful sun trap, while there is also shade on the patio under the veranda.
