The fabulous panoramic sea views that welcome you as you open Villa Miranda's front door are breathtaking, and you instantly know you'll want to spend hours on the sunny veranda that overlooks the private pool, making the most of the fantastic ocean view.

The entrance hall has a guest bathroom, an arch to the lounge and dining area, and a door to the separate kitchen.  There is air con throughout the villa. The delightful, bright living room has a couch, two armchairs and a writing desk. The marble fireplace beside which is a well-stocked bookcase.  The large Smart TV has BBC and international channels and is Netflix enabled, and there are lots of books and games.  The dining area has a table with 6 chairs, matching sideboard and a desk, and opens the spacious veranda where a patio dining set is perfect for amazing al fresco meals with sea views to die for!

The well-equipped kitchen has all the electrical appliances you'll need, ample cookware and crockery and Nespresso and filter coffee machines, cafetiere and moka pot.  A serving hatch opens to the dining room, giving the cook a sea view while preparing food!  The kitchen patio, with a pretty bougainvillea-covered pergola, has a table and chairs, a built-in BBQ and steps down to the private pool.

The hall stairwell leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs at pool level. Bedroom 1 with en-suite walk-in shower, bidet and toilet, has a queen bed, fitted wardrobe, safe, chest of drawers and doors to the pool patio. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Next to Bedroom 2, the
recently upgraded family bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, WC and vanity unit. The pool size is 6.4m x 3.7m, and there is a pool shower. Both bedrooms open onto the pool patio which has 4 sun beds and a dining set for snacks near the pool.

Located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic, the villa is just a 5-minute walk to restaurants, shops and 10 minutes walk to Luz beach.  With everything you need within walking distance, a car is not essential. If you have a car there is free parking and you can discover the beautiful coastline, lots of other beaches and the mountains inland. With those wonderful sea views, the private pool and the relaxed atmosphere, it's no wonder guests return to the villa time and time again.
