Casa Sossego is a very special split-level villa with private pool, Air Con and fabulous sea views, and sitting in a quiet area close to restaurants, shops and the beach so it is ideal for a terrific family holiday.  The attractive living area is upstairs to fully appreciate the super sea views, with the bedrooms are on the ground floor pool level.

The lounge has light calm decor, comfy couches and lovely sea views.  It has 42"  TV has international & BBC channels and streaming options. The adjacent dining table with 6 chairs opens onto a spacious veranda and is a wonderful place to dine with fabulous sea views!  The well-equipped kitchen has electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, ample cookware and crockery for your stay.  Off the kitchen patio there is a dining set and charcoal BBQ for al fresco meals while catching the evening sun.

Bedroom 1 has a 5 ft bed, hairdryer, fitted wardrobe and upgraded en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. fitted wardrobe and both bedrooms open onto the sunny pool patio.  The upgraded adjacent family bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.

The private pool and garden is regularly maintained and has sun loungers and a table and chairs for poolside snacks and drinks, while steps from here lead up to the pretty kitchen patio.

Local activities include water sports, tennis, horse riding, coastal and hill walking and excellent golf courses, the closest being Boa Vista Golf.   Luz beach is 10 minutes walk and restaurants are from 5 minutes walk!  A car is not essential but there is free parking if you have a car.
