Well equipped for holidays, the separate Kitchen, has all electrical appliances, cookware, crockery, pots & pans, and doors to the pool patio with charcoal BBQ and a dining set for al fresco meals by the pool.

Also on this level, the main Bathroom has bath/shower and toilet.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe.  Upstairs again, the Master Bedroom has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bath/shower, bidet & toilet and doors to a super veranda with 2 chairs to enjoy the lovely sea views.

Please note:  With the two bedrooms on different floors, this villa may not suit a family with small children.

Villa 1 has full Air Con and a well-maintained pool & garden.  With everything in Burgau just a short walk, a car is not needed.
