Domus Iberica Burgau Villa 2 is a super 2-bedroom split-level townhouse with frontline sea views, a private pool and full Air Con.

The front door opens into a ground floor hallway from where stairs lead up to the main living area comprising of a living room, kitchen, main bathroom and twin bedroom. From this level stairs lead to the Master Bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs.

The pretty Lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, free Wi Fi and the Dining area has a table with 6 chairs. The separate well-equipped Kitchen has electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and crockery, pots & pans. A door from here opens to the pool area where there is a charcoal BBQ and a patio dining set for al fresco meals and 4 sun beds by the pool complete the picture.

The main Bathroom, also on this level, has a bath, shower & toilet, and located opposite the bathroom, Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and its En-suite Bathroom has bath/shower, bidet & toilet. The bedroom opens onto a sunny veranda overlooking the private pool with 2 chairs to relax with great sea views.

Please note: Because the two bedrooms are on different floors, this villa may not be ideal for a family with small children.

The villa, pool and garden are well maintained and located close to all amenities, with the nearest restaurant just 2 mins walk and 8 mins walk down to sandy Burgau Beach. A car is not essential and there is a regular bus service nearby to Luz and Lagos, but if you have a car you could discover other beaches along the stunning coastline with dramatic cliffs and rolling Atlantic waves.
